During each tasting you will learn about the history and making process of chocolate along with the environmental impact and health benefits of what has been called the world's most perfect food. I will help you discover how to recognize flavors and the ways they develop. The chocolate we taste is highly curated and can be adapted for any food restrictions or allergies. This is a very engaging activity that will open up a whole new way of experiencing our favorite food!

In-Person Tastings:

Chocolate tasting events that are perfect for many different occasions; Team Building, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties, you name it. Everything is included to make it a fun filled event. I always bring games and surprises! 

Virtual Tastings:

A personalized kit is sent prior to each virtual session so you can be fully engaged from the comfort of your home. Bring your own group, organize a private event, friends and family who cannot be in the same place, co-workers, etc. I'll put a great tasting kit together for you. Minimum 8 participants. Virtual sessions available from September through May.

It's not always easy to find the right chocolate for that perfect gift, the appropriate cocoa percentage for the recipe you're itching to try, or the necessary range of chocolate delights to host an exceptional chocolate party. Skills like these are an art form, which I have acquired and perfected through years of passion and experience!  
A chocolate consultation is a chance for me to help you brainstorm and develop the chocolate ideas you're interested in bringing to life.

A graphic/textile designer and illustrator over the past 2 decades, I have worked on multiple campaigns and developed countless logos, prints and packaging ideas. It's an area I know well and still work in, energized by all the chocolate bars on my desk!
