Through my culinary explorations, I have developed a unique range of products that celebrate 'Baba’, the delicious pulp surrounding cacao beans. In other words: chocolate's unsung hero.
By utilizing Baba, I aim to bring in new ways to enjoy and appreciate the fruit of the cacao tree. It is a wonderful blend of fruity, tart flavors, a lot of sweetness and a bit of acidity. New creations are coming up soon!
